Adaptive Personal Training for Physical & Developmental Challenges

In my early twenties, while I was still discovering my direction in life, I knew one thing for certain—I wanted a career centered around helping people. I began working in an entry-level position with North Shore ARC, now known as Northeast ARC, supporting individuals with physical and developmental challenges. In this role, I rotated through various group homes and day programs, assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, preparing meals, attending appointments, and enjoying recreational outings. I also supported clients in vocational settings, helping them develop skills and guiding them as they worked on assembly lines.
About ten years later, after earning my degree and license as a Physical Therapist Assistant, I transitioned into the public school system, working with physically challenged and neurodivergent students ranging from pre-K through post-graduate ages. I truly love working with this population, and these experiences have given me the knowledge, patience, and skills needed to help them thrive.
Today, I bring that passion into fitness, helping clients become stronger, more confident, and more active. I strive to help each individual experience the joy that regular exercise can bring to everyday life—while having fun, reducing stress, building confidence, and fostering lifelong healthy habits.
