His experiences include physical therapy in an out-patient, skilled nursing facilities (SNF’s) and public school departments. He has worked with patients from 3 to 107 years of age.
Eric has been involved in martial arts since he was 14 years old. He holds a black belt in Kenpo Karate and a boxing coach certification through USA Boxing. He has competed and coached in both the Golden Gloves Amateur Boxing and Professional Karate & Kickboxing Association (PKA) competitions.
Eric Knight is the perfect combination of two highly sought after skill sets. As certified personal trainer he has the energy and know-how to make even the most difficult work-outs seem easier. And as a Physical Therapist Assistant he has the medical knowledge to keep clients safe from injuries.
