Setting up a home gym space: Even small places like hallways may become a temporary work out area while you are training and equipment can be removed afterwords.  Eric will help you figure out the best place in your home to train and even help you set it up by assisting with moving light furniture and/or cleaning up/out an area.
  2. Optimal utilization of home gym equipment: Eric will work with minimal equipment and adapt exercises to what you have available at home.  He will bring equipment for the workouts, may leave some for you use, and will help you decide what other quality equipment you might want to purchase.        
  3. Convenience: You can schedule workouts that fit your lifestyle without the need for travel. This flexibility can help you stay consistent.  Honestly, how many times have you come home from work and said I don’t want to go to the gym?  Now you don’t have too.
  4. Personalized Attention: Eric will tailor workouts to your specific needs and goals, providing individualized attention without the distractions of working out in a gym.
  5. Comfort: Working out at home can create a more comfortable environment.  You may set the heat, air conditioner or fans up to whatever works best for you.  You may feel self-conscious in a gym but now there is no need to “Lose 20 pounds before you go to the gym”.  (If I had a nickel for every time I heard that I would be a very wealthy man)!  When exercising in your home there is no need to feel embarrassed because you don’t feel like you are using equipment or performing an exercise improperly.

In Home Personal Training Packages

Small packages of sessions varying from 6 to 12 one hour sessions for a single participant. All sessions are one hour unless otherwise arranged.

Small Group Training

Two to three clients may train together at the same time and may split the cost of training by the number of participants (12 session packages only).

The cost of the plan will increase for more than three participants.

Individual Training

  • Twelve Session Package – $840.00
  • Six Session Package – $480
  • Single Session – $90 (Only sold once to a customer to experience training)

Family & Friends Plan

Up to three people may train individually and collectively split the cost of a package of 12 sessions

The cost of the plan will increase for more than three participants.

A traveling fee may be added to the total cost for home visits.

Fitness Evaluations $99.00

Compare to other companies at $90-$150 per hour plus the purchase of a gym membership.
