We participated in the seventh annual “Freeze Your Tush Off” ocean plunge. It’s organized by Becky Christie who is a friend of mine and many of her fantastic volunteers. All the proceeds go to the Salem food pantry. My seven-year-old daughter Kaylee went in up to her knees and I am very proud of her!
I want to thank all the people who supported my business this past year. This is been a great year for me and my business. Things have really come together. I have many wonderful customers to thank for that. I also have had several people who have helped me with my business. I want to especially thank Charlene St. Jean of the Purple Diamond Marketing. She is been a great help in assisting me to market my business more professionally. I’m looking forward to this year. I hope to continue my passion to help people accomplish their fitness goals.
